The PRINCE2™ Overview allows people working with projects to understand the principles of the PRINCE2™ method.

Course Designed For

All staff who are or will be involved in projects. There is no pre-requisite for this course.

* Understand how a formal method helps to manage a project
* Become familiar with PRINCE2™ language and key concepts
* Gain sufficient information to assess the relevance of PRINCE2™ to an organisation

* Understand the lifecycle of a PRINCE2™ project

This one-day course is aimed to answer questions about the benefits of using PRINCE2™. A glossary of PRINCE2™ terms as well as a reference book are provided. It will give participants an overview of many areas including:

Approach

The course combines a mixture of trainer led and practical sessions, delivered by an APM Group approved trainer with practical experience in project management.
