Payment The course fee must be paid in
full in advance on receipt of invoice. LearnProject
reserves the right to re-allocate the course place
to another delegate if fees are not paid on time.
Failure to receive the course fees in adherence
with these terms means that LearnProject reserves
the right to request payment on the day of the course.
Late
Payment In the event of late payment, LearnProject
reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding
amounts at the rate of 2% per calendar month or
part thereof from the last date that payment was
due to the date that payment is made.
Prices
The prices quoted on our website and or in our brochures
are exclusive of VAT and they are correct at the
date of publication. LearnProject reserves the right
to adjust these prices.
Transferring
courses If a delegate wishes to transfer
a booking to a later course there will be an administrative
charge of 25% of the course fee if it is within
10-20 working days of the original courses date.
If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking to a
later course and the original course date is within
9 working days there will be a charge 40% of the
course fee. If that transfer is then cancelled and/or
the delegate fails to attend, the full course fee
remains payable. If a second transfer is requested
this will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation
fee will liable in addition to the new course fee.
Cancelling
courses All cancellations to bookings must
be made 20 working days prior to the start of the
course. If a booking is cancelled within the 1-15
working days or if the delegate fails to attend
the course, the full course fee must be paid immediately.
If the course is cancelled between 16-20 working
days a cancellation fee of 50% will be payable.
Free
course/refund guarantee All claims relating
to our free course guarantee must be received in
writing to sales@learnproject.co.uk within 15 working
days of the course date. If the claim is requesting
a replacement course then the replacement course
must occur within 90 days of the original course
date.
Changing
delegate details There will be no charge
if a substitute person wishes to replace the original
delegate. Please inform our office in advance of
the course date of any change to the original booking.
Cancellation
of courses by LearnProject and changes
to course content LearnProject’s courses are
constantly updated and improved and LearnProject
reserves the right to alter any of the courses’
content without prior notice. LearnProject reserves
the right to cancel a course at any time without
liability. In these circumstances, delegates will
be offered an alternative date, credit note or a
full refund.
Course
notes & training The notes and training
for LearnProject courses cannot be relied upon for
legal interpretation. Neither LearnProject nor its
employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility
for delegates’ actions, or those of other
people regarding the course notes or interpreting
the training in litigation, or responsibility for
any loss incurred as a result of relying on the
training or the training notes. If in doubt, consult
a lawyer.
Discounts
& special offers Any discounts offered
on LearnProject courses are exclusive. They cannot
be combined. Except for company wide or pre-agreed
discounts, the higher discount will always be applied.
In the case of special offers these must be requested
at time of booking, and will not automatically be
applied.
